The subject of the contract is divided into two parts. Part 1 - supply of power electricity for take-off points with continuous measurement, while the list of places together with consumption for the year 2025 is given in appendix number 1a of the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "Part 1"). The subject of procurement is the collection and further processing of medical/infectious (contagious) waste classified according to the key numbers of the Waste Management Rulebook (Official Gazette 106/22) prescribed in the cost sheets, namely: Group 1 services for the collection and processing of infectious medical waste KB 18 01 03* - waste whose collection and disposal is subject to special requirements for the prevention of infection. IWB currently has 84,000 smart meters in use. IWB will continuously expand this number in order to meet the specified goal of the legislation. In order to operate these devices, software is used that is constantly being further developed with the aim of improving and correcting existing functions and expanding them with new functions that are derived from suggestions and wishes from practice, from changing system environments (updated system software, etc.) or from legal framework conditions. Therefore, the software must be updated regularly. IWB uses the software from the supplier NES.
