Development and implementation of the selection process and the EB score 1. Introduction The reform of the Belgian Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) landscape aims to improve the consistency, accessibility and quality of scientific information for health professionals. The EBP Central Portal will bring together reliable sources from existing platforms such as ebpracticenet and CDLH. 2. Objective 1 - Development of a selection process The objective is to develop a selection process objective, transparent and reproducible. It includes: - The definition of the types of information - The establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria - The testing of the criteria on a representative sample - Documentation via screening forms and SOP 3. Objective 2 - Development of the EB score The EB score must reflect in a graduated manner the methodological quality of the sources. The service provider develops: - Relevant quality dimensions - A reproducible evaluation framework - A scoring system applicable to different types of content - A clear visual model for portal users 4. Objective 3 - Application to existing producers The methods are applied to approximately 40 identified producers.
