The main objective of the contract is to deliver enhanced ARCO-based data capabilities and cloud-optimised services that improve accessibility, usability, and performance for large, heterogeneous datasets. It aims to ensure interoperability with modern data-processing frameworks and federated platforms, while introducing a standardised abstraction layer using efficient cloud-native formats and discovery metadata. The contractor will manage ARCO-s operational Data Lake, including ingestion, monitoring, access control, and metadata updates, and provide user-oriented tools and interfaces to streamline data access. Close collaboration with ECMWF will ensure technical compatibility and architectural alignment with DSS and ECMWF stacks. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 24 months, which shall be implemented via two Service Contracts expected to commence in July 2026.

The Dounreay Data Management System (DMS) is an existing bespoke developed integrated data management system which records the consignment, movement, processing and disposal of all solid waste on the Dounreay site ensuring that there is an audit trail of the verification of waste packages from cradle to grave. The Contract is required to ensure the availability of the Data Management System (DMS) for the users and ensure threats and events are managed appropriately so there is no detrimental impact to the system and its data. Additional to the maintenance of DMS is the requirement to develop and implement new functionality and propose enhanced capabilities to streamline activities.

Summary: We are looking to appoint an evaluation partner to review and support the Young Futures Panels Evaluation. Specific Research Questions will include: How, and to what extent, are the Young Futures Panels (YFP) continuing to meet their objectives? How have the Young Futures Panels been implemented across different areas of West Yorkshire and what are the key enablers and barriers to effective delivery? How has the learning from the pilot stage been used to shape and refine YFP implementation and what are the advantages and disadvantages of this in West Yorkshire? The proposed evaluation objectives include: Examine the continued delivery of the YFP identifying areas of good practice and opportunities for further improvement and adaption. Review each areas' theory of change to ensure they reflect current delivery. Review all processes involved in the delivery of the YFP in each area, offering partners constructive recommendations for efficiency and supporting them to embed delivery as part of business as usual. Examine the onward referral processes into local services, identify areas of improvement and support Panel members to implement recommendations.
