Brief description of the procurement: The subject of this procurement procedure is the development, manufacture and testing of prototypes of unmanned aerial vehicles (birds) that mimic the flight pattern of birds of prey in accordance with the technical description presented in Appendix 1 of the HD. The contract enters into force upon conclusion and is valid for 31 (thirty one) months. The detailed schedule for the execution of the procurement contract will be agreed upon after the procurement contract is concluded. Brief description of the tender: The tender seeks innovation partners for the Ministry of Social Affairs to develop, pilot and implement innovative interventions to form valuing attitudes towards people aged 50 and older and to involve them, for activation and retention in the labor market. In order to fulfill the purpose of the procurement, innovation methods are used, which make it possible to find solutions to the complexity of involving the elderly, develop new services and receive feedback. The proposed solutions must be Estonian innovative in the context, but not globally innovative, i.e. the best practices implemented in other countries can be used as a basis and adapted to the Estonian context. The ideas offered may be technological or partly technological. Innovation does not have to mean a technological solution, it can be, for example, a developed cooperation model, training, etc. However, the solution must include an innovative solution.

Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is the preparation of the functional development plan of AS Tallinna Haigla, stage I (FAK I). FAK I must deal with AS Tallinna Haigla's development trends in the transitional period until 31.12.2036 and describe the provision of services and functional principles of organization in the mentioned time period. FAK I is the basis for the preparation of the functional development plan stage II (FAK II), which specifies the spatial solution and medical technological needs, and AS Tallinna Haigla's development strategy 2027-2031 development.
