Solace/IS Transformation: Implementing the National Framework for Self-Evaluation
The Improvement Service, on behalf of the Solace/IS transformation programme are seeking to contract an independent consultant to support phase two of the ‘Realising the Ambitions of Crerar- project. Specifically to design and deliver support for local authorities to implement the National Framework for Self -Evaluation to be launched in March 2026.

The scope of the framework contract is for the supply of sources of pellets of ice, typically of hydrogen or deuterium. The sources are composed by an extruder with a capacity range of 100 mm3/s capacity with an integrated pellet cutter able to produce pellets of a size in the range of 1.2x1.2 mm at a pace of 50Hz. The sources shall include also all necessary ancillaries and diagnostics. The development will be performed in stages and the scope incudes also testing and support to installation and commissioning.

The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable project solution proposal in applied research and innovation. This innovative module has the potential to use elements artificial intelligence for continuous search and processing of factual resources from publicly available online data. A part of the solution would also be the creation of a proposal for an active AI-based communicative platform that would facilitate decision-making processes in crisis management and supported the effective processing of electronic reports on available resources on the market in the Czech Republic. The potential of new methods for route control systems lies in the avoidance and rapid resolution of traffic problems by integrating closed control loops into SBA systems. The use of new processes from research projects requires that the complex interactions between new control algorithms, existing SBA structures and the simultaneous consideration of several traffic conditions and control options, which have so far hardly been taken into account, must be examined in advance.
