The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in research, development and innovation for the solution of the security research project within the SecPro Program in the sense of Β§ 2 paragraph 2 letter g) Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the support of research, experimental development and innovation from the public resources and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, focused on the search and analysis of websites with defective content. In the course of 2023, the need arose within MAenM to set up a knowledge portal that can handle acute knowledge questions from MAenM. These knowledge questions must be answered within a relatively short time on the basis of literature from various sources knowledge institutions and planning agencies within and outside the Netherlands. To meet this need, the Migration Knowledge Portal pilot started on December 16, 2024 for a period of one (1) year. In concrete terms, the Migration Knowledge Portal maintains a collaboration between MAenM and a knowledge partner, whereby the latter party processes knowledge questions from MAenM and answers them within a maximum period of six (6) weeks. The pilot will be carried out in June 2025 by the Management Team of the Migration Policy Directorate (MT-DMB) was assessed positively, after which it was decided to continue the Migration Knowledge Portal, in principle structurally, but in any case for a period of five (5) years.
