The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Project Management Services with three (3) parties. Framework members will be required to provide Project Management services and associated services for all stages of the Capital Works Management Framework (Public Works Contracts) or a subset thereof. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of an initial call-off contract for the provision of general project management services which will include the project management of the completion of a fire risk remediation for 5 buildings on the DHDA campus. The Project Manager(s) will act on behalf of DHDA and will be responsible for providing all project management services as required under the Framework Agreement and each contract awarded thereunder. It should be noted that DHDA may require multiple project managers acting on its behalf at any one time.
