1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an accessibility platform with information boards. The subject of the order includes 3 tasks (partial offers), including: 1.1. Task No. 1 - Delivery and implementation of an information and communication system with navigation inside the building with information boards 1.2. Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch screens (info kiosks) 1.3. Task No. 3 - Delivery of a compact UV printer 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included: 2.1. in the scope of Task No. 1 in Annex No 1a to SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 1 - Delivery and implementation of an information and communication system" along with information boards, 2.2. in the scope of Task No. 2 in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch screens (info kiosks)", 2.3. in the scope of Task No. 3 in Annex No. 1c to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 3 - Delivery of a compact UV printer", (also called OPZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to do so submitting the evidence in question along with the offer. 4. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings, valid as of the date of submission of offers, in the form of a Uniform European Procurement Document (EDZ) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 5. 1. The subject of the order is the rental of multifunctional printing devices with full service support, including: 1) Replacement of consumables and naturally wearing parts of the rented equipment and the own equipment of the District Office in Garwolin, 2) Supplies consumables (except paper), inspections, adjustments, spare parts and repairs necessary for the proper functioning of the device.3) Removing equipment failures within 2 business days from the date of reporting the failure, and in the event of the need to repair the equipment delivery of replacement equipment for the duration of the repair within max. 10 hours working hours from the moment of reporting the failure, 4) Maintaining the printing device administration system. Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the delivery of IT equipment and software to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including: Delivery of computer equipment and network devices. The subject of the order includes: - one-off delivery of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ - up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract, - checking the completeness of the subject of the order before the protocol acceptance of the complete subject of the order on the date agreed with the Ordering Party, - providing support that meets the parameters specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - for a period of 36 months from the date of official receipt of the complete subject of the order.
