1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a digital intensive care card and a digital anesthesia card as part of the project "Development of digital services at the St. John of Dukla Oncology Center of the Lublin Region in Lublin". The ordering party did not do so dividing the contract into parts due to the fact that the contract in question constitutes an inseparable whole in technical, organizational and economic terms. This decision will not distort competition by limiting the ability of smaller companies to compete for the contract entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and the implementation methods used and taken into account structure of potential contractors on the market relevant to the subject of the contract. 2.
