Measurement and Analysis Tool for News Visibility in the Google Ecosystem (RFI) OBJECT OF THE RFI Yleisradio Oy (later β€œYle”) is preparing a public tender of measurement and analysis tool for news visibility in the Google Ecosystem. This request for information is aimed to enter discourse with interested parties, and gather information for tender purposes. The object of the procurement is an analytics tool that measures and reports news visibility in the Google ecosystem in Finland in the Finnish language in real-time (with an option additionally for the Swedish language in Finland). Yle aims to enhance the speed and relevance of its news operations and improve event planning. Google's ecosystem* and its services are widely used in Finland at a national level, and its impact on the discoverability and reach of content and services is significant. The document management information system and electronic management of investigation files (SMDDA), in order to digitize the processes and administrative procedures of the Competition Council and its implementation SMDDA must ensure an integrated informational framework for the management of documents, administrative files and decision-making processes of the Competition Council, throughout their life cycle, from initiation to archiving, in compliance with legal duties, internal procedures and requirements applicable regulations. The system must allow the configuration and management of different workflows depending on the type of procedure, including but not limited to petitions, complaints, competition investigations, notifications of economic concentrations, state aid control, useful investigations to know the market, as well as the approval procedure, with the definition of the stages, terms and roles corresponding to each category of procedures.
