Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of a waste management service. The technical description is presented in Appendix 1 of the RHAD. The provider is obliged to start providing the service on 01.06.2026. In the event that due to the delay in concluding the procurement contract, including as a result of this of the possible dispute and court procedures related to the simple procurement procedure, it is not possible to start the service provision on the date specified in this clause, the service provision will start from the day following the conclusion of the contract and in such case the end date of the procurement contract is also postponed by the period in which the provision of the service was delayed.

Brief description of the procurement: The object of the public procurement is the repair of premises in the Saue Kindergarten "Midrimaa" building, located in Koondis tn 23, Saue town, Saue municipality, in accordance with the conditions stated in the basic documents of the public procurement.
