Hertfordshire County Council wishes to procure a Framework Agreement of external Training Providers who are accredited to RoATP (the Government's Register of Approved Training Providers) to deliver quality apprenticeships across a variety of areas throughout Hertfordshire. We are intending to use current Apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks as defined by the ESFA.- As new Standards are added and existing Standards are made obsolete, we would expect training providers to have an adaptable and flexible approach to support the Council and Participating Bodies in delivering these. It is also our intention for new Providers to be able to have potential access to the Framework, as and when they are added to the Register of Approved Training Providers. This framework agreement is being lead by Hertfordshire County Council and will also be available for use by any District/ Borough Council as well as any dependent School in the county of Hertfordshire.
