The Authority is seeking to procure a haulage service to collect, transport, and ship Air Pollution Control Residue (APCr) ash generated from its ISO 14001:2015 compliant Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) to a nominated recovery services contractor site (note: recovery services are subject to a separate tender opportunity and not part of this Invitation to Tender). This procurement will secure a suitably qualified and capable of collecting, transporting and, shipping approximately 80 tonnes of bagged APCr ash per week, starting August 2026.
