The International Court of Justice (ICJ) seeks a qualified vendor for the provision of comprehensive Audio-Visual (AV) support services at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands. The scope includes technical staffing for live, hybrid, and ad-hoc judicial proceedings, system maintenance, and operational management under an initial three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions (3+1+1). Interested vendors are invited to attend a mandatory site visit on 23 September 2026, with final proposals due by 06 October 2026 at 06:00 PM (CEST).

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is seeking proposals from qualified web development and design vendors to modernize its public institutional website (www.icj-cij.org). The project encompasses a five-phased approach—spanning discovery, concept prototyping, visual design, front-end development, and data-driven optimization—to renew the site's look and feel, information architecture, and navigation model in alignment with the Court's visual identity and international accessibility standards. The work requires full compatibility with the ICJ's Drupal CMS, support for bilingual core content (English and French) alongside the other official UN languages, and the implementation of responsive, mobile-friendly design optimized for diverse global users.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, hereby invites companies to submit a bid in response to the enclosed Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the provision, delivery, installation, and commissioning of Audio-Visual (AV) equipment for the Peace Palace in The Hague in accordance with the requirements set out in the enclosed Invitation to Bid (ITB) and its annexes.
